2013 Sea Dogs Tickets On Sale Saturday And Auditions For Sea Dogs P.A. Announcer

This Saturday, November 3rd tickets for individual games go on sale for the Portland Sea Dogs 20th season. The box office at Hadlock Field will be open at 9am and tickets sold by phone and online will go on sale at noon.Slugger will be greeting the crowd from 8:45am until 11am and the Sea Dogs will provide coffee and donuts for fans.Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling 207-879-9500 or online at seadogs.com.

Next season will also feature a new public address announcer for the Sea Dogs. Dean Rogers, who had served as the Sea Dogs' public address announcer since the teams inception in 1994, has stepped down from the position. This Saturday between10 am and Noon, open auditions will be held.

In 2012 the Sea Dogs attracted 374,930 fans, an average of 5,434 fans per game.The Sea Dogs ranked fourth amongst the 12 team Eastern League in attendance. They will open their 20th season on Thursday, April 4,2013 at 6pm against the Trenton Thunder at Hadlock Field.
