Wreaths Across America Day was Saturday. It is where 100,000 wreaths are laid at the graves of soldiers in Arlington National Cemetery and many other cemeteries. The Escort to Arlington started December 8th in Harrington.

Hundreds of trucks donate their time and diesel to transport the wreaths to the cemetery. My friend, Matt Roberge, was on an overpass filming the trucks as they headed south.

You can sponsor a wreath, too! You can do that HERE!

There is nothing better than honoring a veteran who gave his/her life for our country during the holiday season. They are gone but not forgotten.

As a fiance' of a soon-to-be trucker, I would be ever so proud if Chad drove a truck full of wreaths to honor our veterans.

Take a look at Matt's video that he took on the overpass in Bath. See how happy the truckers and police officers are to do their jobs. They honk their horns, wave to the kids and the police officers sound their sirens. Thank you to all the volunteers!!
