Now that 2013 is coming to close a lot of lists are coming out for various things. A list for lies of the year are also making the rounds and most, if not all, can agree on the biggest lie of the year. Not surprisingly it’s a political lie.

With most of the country thinking the country is headed in the wrong direction and Congress having its lowest rating ever and the President having his lowest since in office, the biggest lie of the year would naturally come from the political arena.

So here it is, the biggest lie from 2013: The award goes to President Obama for repeatedly saying that ‘If you like your health care plan, you can keep it’. The President and his team made things worse by trying to convince people he was misunderstood.

This fall some 4 million Americans had their insurance policies cancelled making the ‘If you like your health care plan, you can keep it’ statement, the biggest lie of 2013.
