Seems it’s a week of improprieties for CEO’s and Generals. General Patraeus, head of the CIA, had an affair with a reporter traveling with him to write his autobiography and now comes news the CEO of the Waffle House was demanding ‘favors’ from a female employee. A former employee of Waffle House has accused Joseph Rogers Jr. of sexual harassment from 2003 to June of this year. According to Fox News the woman told police the harassment lasted 10 years with demands she perform or lose her job.

The woman is identified as a single mother who endured the situation because she was unable to find another job. David Cohen, a lawyer for the woman, said he could not comment on the case because of a judge’s orders.  Robert Ingram, identified as a lawyer for Rogers says his client’s version of the event is much different than hers. Rogers may have known something was coming because he filed papers suing the woman on September 14th while her lawsuit against him was filed September 19th.
