Shirt Lasts For 100 Days Without Washing
A shirt company, Wool & Prince, have created a button-down shirt made of wool that resists odor and wrinkles. In fact, the company claims the shirt can be worn for 100 days without needing to be washed. It’s the wool that gives the shirt it’s lasting-power, it will last up-to six times longer than a cotton shirt and if woven the right way, it’s just as soft.
Wool helps regulate body temperature, cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, and it’s naturally odor and wrinkle resistant. Mac Bishop, founder of Wool & Prince, wore a prototype of the shirt for 100 days and at the end of it all, the shirt still smelled fresh and was wrinkle-free. The shirt can even be worn twice a week and the results will still be the same. The price of the shirt is $98, but that money can be saved on laundry cost as the shirt wouldn’t have to be washed or dry cleaned for at least a year.
