What's the quickest way to a woman's heart? Diamonds. No; let's be honest... FOOD

The Central Maine area is lacking a few delectable chain establishments that are rumored to be legendary. Although I tend to cook my own meals rather than eat out, sometimes late at night my cravings get the best of me and I'd love to be able to add some of these options to my list of places to treat myself.

If there's no other choice and you're searching for a little change of pace in the style of service, you'll have to head to Boston, Massachusetts as a last resort. Last on the list comes Chick-fil-A with locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. However, this little gem is rumored to be coming to the Bangor Mall by the end of this year! Last year, according to a Bangor Daily News article, Brenda Morrow, the Northeast regional manager, said, "We very much look forward to serving the communities in Bangor, with an active commitment to supporting local schools and charities.” Northern Maine is sure in for a treat! Let's hope this chick-does-not-delay!
