A Chat with Former U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe about Governing in a Polarized America [AUDIO]

Former U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe is now working with the Bipartisan Policy Center. They have done a report called Governing in a Polarized America: A Bipartisan Blueprint to Strengthen our Democracy.  Sounds heady, but is very interesting stuff! The group of 29 worked to bring this down to three areas: electoral process, the process by which congress legislates and manages its affairs and getting more Americans, especially younger Americans, into civic life.  I had a chance to talk with her about the report, the ideas and most of all HOW help the change happen.  Wanna know more?
