Finding a good renter is never easy. Just ask these people.

A couple from Calgary, Canada rented their home on Airbnb to four adults they believed were in the area for a wedding only to return to find the house had been destroyed.

Star and Mark King returned to their house after neighbors contacted them to say police had shown up because the home turned into party central. As you can see in the video, furniture was ruined, food was left everywhere and the entirety of the house looks like it had been raided.

It turns out a party bus went to the house and about 100 people poured out for a bash that makes your frat's keggers look like a Sunday tea.

Police say the house was ground zero for a "drug-induced orgy," the kind you'd imagine the guys from Porky's would've loved (and how about giving us some props for sneaking in a Porky's reference?). The renters -- big shocker here -- have been banned from using Airbnb again.

The good news is the damage, estimated around $50,000, will be covered, since Airbnb's insurance policy will pay for up to $1 million "to eligible properties in the rare event of guest damages which are not resolved directly with the guest."

The man who initially rented the home is being sought by police, who plan to charge him with mischief.
