Andy Capwell: Day One of ‘Mend-A-Body Solutions’
Monday, February 10, 2014 could be a day that I'll look back on that was the beginning of changing my life. I was asked if I wanted to go on the Mend-A-Body Solutions program. I have seen first hand how well it has worked for fellow co-workers Renee Nelson and Merry Tracy-St.Pierre. But, I did have some questions.Some of the crew from Mend-A-Body came to the radio station and answered all of my questions, so with those out of the way, I have decided to go for it!
That is one of the things I really like about Mend-A-Body is that they have a great support staff. You can reach a team member by phone, text and e-mail.
I went grocery shopping on Sunday, with my Mend-A-Body guide with me and am stocked and ready to go!
Week One is a 'detox' phase, which they called Mend-A-Blast. I am already learning a lot about certain foods and creative ways to make them. For example, I made homemade chicken salad on Sunday and will be using it as one of my meals over the next few days.
