We are just three weeks from the American Idol finale! This is a big point in the competition because the top five are going on The American Idol Tour. Will there be a surprise this week? Let's look at the show from last night.

The theme is suppose to be 'Arena Anthems' but it just seemed to turn into the contestants ended up singing songs that they wanted to sing. Also, no special guests this week.

Round One:

1. Jax: She sings 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl' by Jet and she is vocally decent but the performance was just paint by numbers to me. The judges loved it. B-

2. Nick: He really has improved each week and I can see Nick in the finals. He takes on Maroon 5 and does a strong vocal but his stage presence was just so-so. I think Keith Urban made a good point in saying that Nick's eyes are all over the place when he performs and not connecting with the audience. Overall it was good. B.

3. Clark: He takes on the Beatles classic 'Yesterday' and it was a cool fusion of jazz and classical. Vocally it was good, I did hear a few pitch issues. B.

4. Tyanna: Sings Miley Cyrus' 'Party In The U.S.A.' She started off pitch and then did a good job. But really the song is so light-weight that I don't think it did her any good to sing it. B-

5. Quentin: Takes on The Doors 'Light My Fire'. It's cool and laid back with a touch of soul infused into it. He just lacked some vocal punch to really make it work. B-.

6. Rayvon: Sings Sam Smith's 'I'm Not The Only One' and he did a really good job. It was current, vocals were strong but he seemed to run out of breath. B+

Round Two:

1. Nick: Maggie Mae from Rod Stewart. It was again a solid straight ahead performance. Not great but good. B

2. Tyanna: 'Heaven' by Bryan Adams. When Ryan Seacrest asked why she choose that song, she said she didn't even know the song until this week! She was vocally smooth but almost sang the song 'too pretty' for the lyrics. B-

3. Clark: He takes on Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' and it really didn't work that well. Vocally he was alright but it just seemed like it was out of place. C+

4. Jax: 'White Flag' by Dido. She's playing piano and she really plays up this performance. I haven't been the biggest Jax fan but this was the best performance of the night. A-

The Bottom Two Battle it out for the last America's Save of this season.

Quentin: Sings 'Shake It Out' and it was solid but not spectacular.B-
Rayvon: Sings Fleetwood Mac's 'Go Your Own Way' and wow, he is really off pitch. I have been a Rayvon fan but this was bad. However, the crowd goes crazy? Huh? D

Rayvon wins America's save for the third week in a row! That means Quentin goes home.
