Season 14 of American Idol will reveal the top ten plus they'll sing a song from the movies. The show also featured Jennifer Lopez singing a song from her new movie and Kenny Loggins singing 'Footloose'. Now to the contestants.

1. Adanna Duru: Takes on a song from Dream Girls and does a competent job with the song. She is no Jennifer Hudson. B-

2. Daniel Seavey: The teenage girls keep him safe again this week. He takes on Adam Levine's 'Just Stars' and Daniel again proves that he just needs more years to mature his voice. It was really bad. F

3. Rayvon Owen: Takes on Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees. He tries to change it up some and, for me, it just didn't really work. I usually like Rayvon but this wasn't that good. I think Harry Connick Jr.'s comments are actually harming Rayvon. C+

4. Nick Fradiani: Sings 'Danger Zone' by Kenny Loggins. He sounds good and does a solid, straight-ahead job with the song. Again, Harry's comments of wanting Nick to change it up isn't probably the best advice. B+

5. Joey Cook: I'll admit that I wasn't a Joey fan when the season started but she's grown on me. She sings 'Mad World' and she did a nice, toned down performance. It was pretty good. B+

6. Tyanna Jones: She sings 'Circle Of Life' and she has a great tone but this song was too big for her. She was yelling at times and the judges pointed that out. She's still one of the best of the bunch. B-

7. Quentin Alexander: Sings 'You're The One That I Want' from Grease. He really changes it up and makes it serious and dark. I thought this was one of his better performances. The judges didn't like it. B-

8. Maddie Walker: She sings ' Let's Hear It For The Boy'. She sang it alright, but she is very stiff on stage and while I hear good things in her voice, I think her time is just about up. C-

9. Clark Beckham: Sings 'Sunday Morning' by Maroon 5 and this is the performance of the night! A

10. Jax: Sings 'Grow Old With Me' Good song choice that features her quirky, yet marketable voice. I think Jax is a lock for the final four. B+

Qaasim has to sing for the save. He sings 'Come Together' and it his usual overboard performance with so-so vocals. The judge use the save. Huh?

Here's Clark's performance from last night.
