Andy Capwell’s Dental Work Update

This Sunday will be the two month mark of when my major dental work began. It is such a major project, I have two different dentists working on me! On October 14, 2014, the extraction surgery took place.

Dr. Winnie at Facial and Oral Surgery in Augusta did the extraction work and that went very well.

The next part of the dental work was getting the dentures. Dr. Cutri from Capitol Dental Care on State Street in Augusta took the impressions for my upper dentures and before I  knew it I was wearing the upper denture.

This coming Monday will be a major milestone in the dental project. I found out today, that I will need a little bit more minor surgery from Dr. Winnie. She'll have to remove a little bit more bone from the upper left side of my mouth. Monday will also be the day that Dr. Cutri will take the impressions for my lower dentures.

I am on track for the major dental work to be done hopefully by the spring of 2015.

I want to say how happy I have been with the work done and how my new teeth (in progress) look and feel!
