I started Mend A Body on February 10, 2014. It has been one of the best decisions that I have made in a long time! I weigh in every Sunday and this week I dropped another pound to make it 30 pounds so far!

I am hoping to lose at least another twenty pounds by my birthday in September.

The Mend a Body program really didn't take that long to get use to. Almost four months into the program and it really has become second nature to me.

I can see the improvements at the gym. Back in February, I was only walking at 3.5 mph on the treadmill at the gym, now I am walking at a speed of 4.0 mph. With the weight loss, I can not bench press as much as I did before, but I figure that it's more important for me to loss the weight than to lift the weight.

My next big test will be vacation week during the week of July 4th, with BBQ's and adult beverages!
