I started, what I call, my 'Mend A Body' journey on February 10, 2014. My weigh in on Sunday, April 13, 2014 marked my two months losing weight and getting healthy with Mend A Body! So how am I doing?

I lost another two pounds this week and my two month total is now 22 pounds.

I lost 13 pounds in the first month and 9 more pounds this month.

I am 10 pounds away from where I was two years ago, when I last lost a lot of weight. That's my goal for the third month, to get back to that weight.

Then, I have vacation the first week of July, I am hoping to lose twenty more pounds by then. That would mean 50 pounds in five months.

Mend A Body and B-98.5 recently had an open house at Rooster's Coal Fired Pizza & Tap House and it gave me a boost to keep on keeping on! I met a couple that had just started with Mend A Body and they had lost 15 pounds between the two of them!

My biggest stumbling blocks to losing weight had been confidence and boredom. Mend A Body has given me the diet knowledge and encouragement, I'm still working on the boredom part!

I can't wait for days at the beach this summer!
