Atlanta Men Accused of Taking Off with $65,000 of Wings

This made me giggle, until I remembered how much I paid for a bag of frozen wings at the supermarket. Patrick likes them, but those wings must be made of gold or something! Well, two guys who work for a storage facility are accused of stealing $65,000 in frozen Tyson chicken wings. So, I am guessing it was just a few bags.

WELL, let’s do the math. According to a CBS station in Atlanta, one five-pound bag of frozen Tyson's chicken wings sells for about $12.50. That’s about 26,000 pounds of wings.That's a lot of chicken! It might have something to do with the talk of a nationwide chicken shortage driving up the price of wings and with the BIG GAME around the corner, I think you see where this might be going.
