Auburn Schools Considering Allowing Medical Marijuana

The Auburn school committee is considering a policy that would allow students to have medical marijuana administered in school under certain conditions.

The conditions include that any medical marijuana would have to approved by a physician, and administered in school by a parent or guardian. The marijuana would also have to be in non-smoking form.

The school committee is set to make a final vote on January 6, 2016.
