Police said Ingalls was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, police added the unidentified victim in this case was under 15 years old. Police said Ingalls was taken to the Kennebec County Jail with no bail allowed.

"This investigation is another illustration of the hard work and dedication of all of the men and women who work for the Augusta Police Department," said Augusta Police Major Jared Mills.
