Will Ferrell is no stranger to rivalries, but although the star might be used to coming to blows with John C. Reilly on the big screen (remember 'Step Brothers' and 'Talladega Nights'? yeah, ya do), it seems like he's taking his act to the small screen with a new nemesis. On last night's 'Tonight Show,' a seriously revved up Ferrell hit host Jimmy Fallon's stage alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, who just so happens to look startlingly like Ferrell.
Jennifer Lawrence is just like us, you guys. She goes to fancy parties with her best friend and yells things at people she likes and then maybe, possibly, totally throws up on a porch. It's just that the details are a little different when it comes to the celeb -- like the people she yells at are stars like Brad Pitt, and she goes to fancy parties after events like the Oscars, and she might be tossing her cookies on the porch of Madonna's manager. Normal. Not normal? And who judged her for said puking, a story the it-girl shared with Seth Meyers on his 'Late Night' last night?
With Memorial Day glimmering on the horizon like a big, shiny, pre-summer gift, 'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon is already celebrating the great American holiday. And what better way to celebrate such a holiday than to convince beloved star of stage and screen, Hugh Jackman (who, yes, he is Australian, but is adored by all nationalities), to nearly die while riding a cooler onscreen?
Don't Google "Eric Stonestreet naked." How about just you don't Google anyone naked? The 'Modern Family' star learned the hard way that it's best not to Google yourself for any reason, because you never know what horrifying stuff will pop up -- especially given the Photoshop talents of so many of the Internet's biggest tro-- uh, fans. The Internet's biggest fans.
When Kendall Jenner took the stage at this weekend's Billboard Music Awards, things seemed promising. The younger sister of the Kardashian siblings was tasked with introducing the band 5 Seconds of Summer (admittedly, kind of a hard name to say). While she was able to get a lot of facts down about the band (they are a band! they are on the Billboard charts!), she totally fell down on actually saying their name, which is kind of an essential part of introducing someone. Oops!
Oftentimes when stars film new features in exotic locations, they'll spend the majority of their press tour talking about how much the new place changed them and their perspectives and their very souls. That didn't happen to Adam Sandler. The 'Blended' star hit 'The Late Show' last night, and although he quite admirably tried to convince host David Letterman that filming his new comedy with Drew Barrymore in Africa really did change him, it's fairly obvious from the get-go that Sandler's still up to his old tricks. This time, however, they involve animals lurking in the background.
Seth Meyers' 'Late Night' just recently unveiled its Second Chance Theatre, an attempt to let former 'SNL' performers have a venue to show off beloved sketches that never made it to the air on the venerable comedy show. Meyers, however, is not the only former 'SNL' head writer to recycle old material -- Tina Fey did it, too!
Jimmy Fallon's hardcore viewership has some (let's put it delicately) extremely weird demands for what they want to see on his 'Tonight Show,' including one request replicate the Big Mouth Billy Bass that served as everyone's go-to white elephant gift a few years ago. There's no way that fan thought asking Fallon to include such a gag on his show would end with Lance Bass (of *NSYNC fame) replicating it in the most horrifying and true-to-life way possible. Yes, he's hanging above a fireplace.
Here's something you're not going to see in the 'Game of Thrones' books nor in episodes of the HBO series based on author George R.R. Martin's beloved series: computer technology. Here's something you're not going to see in George R.R. Martin's office: computer technology.
'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon has been farming out plenty of his gags lately, asking his audience to send in various funny bits as they fit certain themes. Last night, he shared a batch of loyal fan-submitted screengrabs from both the internet and television -- a selection of some strange pictures, mismatched text, and a Captcha so bizarre that its hidden message popped up (tee hee) throughout the rest of the segment.
