Target stores have not been having any luck lately naming their products; first they made the mistake of naming plus size dresses ‘Manatee Grey’, and got a lot of flak about that, now they have named a line of sandals ‘Orina’. The word translates to ‘urine’ in Spanish. The shoes have been on sale since February but the labels have started to change. There is a large number of Spanish speaking customers at Target, so the will change the name.

In what is being called the largest illegal eel possession in the history of Maine, Maine’s Marine Patrol arrest 41 year old Phillip Parker of Canada, seizing $61,000 worth of baby eels.  The baby eels are known as elvers and fisherman need a license to harvest them but Parker did not have a license when he was caught with 41 pounds of eels

This has to be the strangest case of a drive-by shooting in the history of drive- by shootings. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus were at a show in Tupelo, Mississippi, when a circus elephant was hit by a drive- by shooter. The Asian elephant named Carol was in an outside area at the Tupelo Arena when a dive-by shooter opened fire on the area and hit Carol.
