There is a lot of stuff you have around the house that have alternative uses you may not know about, for instance:
Ketchup can be used to remove tarnish and stains from pots and pans.
Cat Liter is a great way to dry a cell phone that has been dropped in water; it’s also good for cleaning oil stains from a driveway or cellar floor.
I found this very cute and too true story the other day and had to share it, it’s about how we treat the ones we love:
I ran into a stranger as he passed by, ‘Oh, excuse me please’, was my reply. He said, ‘Please, excuse me too, wasn’t even watching you’. We were very polite, this stranger and I. We went on our way and said good-bye. But at home a different story is told. How we treat our loved ones young and old.

If you have ever seen the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, you’ve seen the segment where he shows; newspaper advertising that is, let’s say, unusual. Burger King is testing a delivery service for their customers in New York, Miami, Houston and Washington D.C and it seems to be working.

It’s called "Elimination Communication", which refers to a method of potty training children diaper-free. It’s a way to save money from buying diapers and it also helps in the over-stuffing of landfills and keeps babies from developing diaper rash. The idea of EC is to train children to go potty, in the potty, sink and toilet; behind parked cars, wherever and whenever the child has to go, while never wearing a diaper.
Going to the Shrine Circus and watching the tigers perform can be an exciting event to watch, but finding a Shine Circus tiger in the bathroom at the stadium would be a little unnerving, to say the least. That’s exactly what happened to Jenna Krehbiel and her daughter this past Saturday at the Bicentennial Center in Selina, Kansas. The tiger somehow wondered away after it performed in the show and ended up in the bathroom.
Lord Wolfson, the CEO of the clothing retailer Next, announced he would not be taking his $3.7 million bonus from the company. He will instead, give the money to the workers of the company as a thank you for a job well done.
