Join me as the host of the Morning Buzz with Randy McCoy, weekday mornings from 5am to 9am. I also can be heard on Sundays from 10-noon. Make sure you come by to meet me at many of our live local broadcasts.
According to Business Insider, 30 Kmart stores & 17 Sears stores, throughout the country, will be closing early this year. Liquidation will begin as soon as January 6th and stores will close by March. Is Maine on the list?
The Augusta Maine Police Department are searching for someone dubbed the 'Revlon Rogue'. He is wanted in connection with some beauty products being 'misplaced' at the Hannaford on Cony Street in Augusta.
It's scary being a parent. When you bring a baby home, things that you never thought as dangerous quickly becomes a hazard. I've seen a lot of people announcing that they are expecting a baby. (There must be something in the water...and I'm not gonna drink it) Congratulations to all of you. But watch this video closely.
Boy, time seriously flies by. On this day, last year...I sat down and contemplated what my goals would be for 2016. Easy enough. Today, I find myself going back through them. Which ones did I stick to? Which ones did I fail at? What's my plan for 2017?
Back in July, I did a little reminicing down memory lane during the Morning Buzz. I remembered going to a waterpark in Waterville when I'd visit with my family, in Maine, during the summer. I reached out to listeners to see if anyone else remembered this or was it merely a figment of my imagination.
OOoo, this is slightly harsh. The Urban Dictionary is a satirical crowdsourced online dictionary of slang words and phrases that was founded in 1999 as a parody of Dictionary.com by then-college freshman Aaron Peckham. It explains terms like masturdating, dudevorce, bedgasm & carcolepsy.
Everyone is being such a 'Debbie Downer' when it comes to 2016 being over. I, on the other hand, had a GREAT year and will walk away a better person as such. Through everything, there is always a silver lining. Where there's lemons...there's lemonade. No, really. Don't be so negative about 2016.
What the what? Teens exchanging 'promise rings'. I've noticed a trend on Facebook over the weekend. Quite a few teenagers exchanged promise rings with their gf/bf or gf/gf or bf/bf. They are in high school...what could they possibly be 'promising' each other?? Do they even realize what they're 'promising'? Are they truly ready for that kind of commitment? Or are they only promising until they no longer want to promise anymore? Call me old fashion.
Technology certainly has come a long way. I discovered this Christmas morning with my kiddos. 2 new electronic toys found their way under our tree. One is extremely cute...as the cool kids say 'it's totes adorbs'. The other...is a traditional item from the 80's that has had a make-over and is by far the creepiest toy I've ever seen.
A metal pole...airing out of grievances and the feats of strength competition...sounds like the perfect holiday tradition...or any night in the Dyer household. But nonetheless, Festivus has become a tradition among many 'Seinfeld' fans. Today is National Festivus Day. Learn more about Festivus.
