Wet conditions have forced the finals of B98.5's "Bee A Country Star" singing competition to be moved inside to the Buker Community Center, located at 22 Armory St. in Augusta on Saturday, June 29.

The finals of the competition, which is being brought to you by Ray Haskell Ford\Lincoln  as well as Electricity Maine and Priceless Northern Mattress, will be starting at noon inside the community center.

First place wins $500, second place wins a gift certificate for a weekend stay at a local bed and breakfast and third place wins a $50 gift certificate at a local restaurant. Who will be the next Maine Country Star?

The rest of the "Day in Capitol Park" events have been cancelled due to wet conditions.
