Bucky Covington To Appear Today On ‘The Doctors’

Country singer and former 'American Idol' finalist Bucky Covington will be appearing on the daytime medical talk show 'The Doctors' on Friday, February 27, 2015.

Bucky and his fiance Katherine will be talking with Dr. Jen Ashton and Dr. Travis Stork to help raise awareness about a cause that is very close to their hearts.

It's the use of heart medication to help with a rare form of birthmark requiring treatment. Bucky's daughter Kennedy was diagnosed with Infantile Hemangiomas at 3 weeks old.

Bucky and Katherine decided to start a treatment process to reverse the advancing of the birthmark preventing permanent damage to the skin.

'The Doctor's' airs locally on WCSH at 4 p.m.
