At just 30 years old, it's hard to believe that Carrie Underwood has already been a member of the Grand Ole Opry for five years. The Grammy-winning country singer celebrated her anniversary on Friday (June 7) by closing out the first of two performances on the infamous Opry stage with a special segment.

After she sang, a special video presentation highlighted the 'Good Girl' star's five years as an Opry member. Then, Underwood had the opportunity to say a few words.

“It’s so hard to believe it’s been five years, but what an amazing five years it has been," she said (quote via CMIL). "Just watching that video, I was getting a little teary-eyed, thinking about how I felt when all of that was happening. And I still feel that blessed and that honored to be on this stage."

Pete Fisher, the Opry Vice President and General Manager, presented Underwood with a special print to commemorate the occasion.

“You have far surpassed the high expectations we had when we brought you into the family, and we know it is going to continue into the future," he told her. "You are not only so good for country music, you are so good for the Grand Ole Opry, and you are so good for America. We appreciate all that you do.”

Underwood was welcomed to the Opry by Garth Brooks in 2008. She'll take the legendary stage for a sold-out crowd again on July 5 and 6.

Congrats to Underwood for five great years as a Grand Ole Opry Member. Here's to many more!
