Dr. Darryl Zeleniak and Karen Zeleniak have had their practice in Augusta for just over 20 years, and Dr. Zee's holiday lights display has become an Augusta tradition! About 10,000 red, white and blue lights shimmer and dance, all in tune, to holiday classics performed by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mannheim Steamroller and others.

The family will love the 20th annual Good Will-Hinckley Festival Of Trees. The event will run from December 10th through December 14th.Tree viewing times are 9a.m. to 4p.m. and is free and open to the public. Santa will be visiting from the North Pole on December 11th from 10 to 1 and December 12th from 1 to 5. There will also be a Santa letter station available all week. Downtown Farmington  honors  it's most famous resident on Saturday,December 1st. It's Chester Greenwood Day with events in Downtown Farmington this Saturday from 10 to 3. Chester Greenwood was most famous for inventing earmuffs at the age of 15, but that's just the tip of the iceberg of what Chester Greenwood accomplished. He also patented a tea kettle and a steel tip rake and manufactured earmuffs in Farmington and owned a bicycle shop.

No ‘Auburn Lights’ this Christmas – L.L. Bean Offers Christmas Light Show

For the past six years, two doctors from Central Maine Medical Center created a spectacular Christmas light show in Auburn. It looks like this year there will be no 'Auburn Lights'. According to the Lewiston Sun-Journal, Dr. Jamie Loggins and Dr. Stephen Bang would not have the time to create the display. If things change, the information will be posted at auburnlights.com.
