Norman the Scooter Dog Breaks World Record

A follow-up to a story I did the other day about Norman the 3 year old French Sheep Dog known as the ‘The Scooter dog. Norman was going for the Guinness World record for a dog on a self-propelled scooter; he had to go 98 feet in 30 seconds to break the record.

31st Annual Moxie Festival This Weekend In Lisbon Falls

It's a tradition in Maine and it's certainly an aquired taste, I am talking about Moxie. It's a soft drink that will bring strong reactions from people who have tried it. Norman is known as the ‘scooter dog’, he’s actually a 3-year-old French sheepdog that is training to break the Guinness Book of World Records scooter ride, unassisted. Norman is from Canton, Georgia, and if he can ride his scooter 98 feet, he breaks the record.

World Record for Limbo Dance

The current world record for the lowest limbo was set in 2010, by an 18-year-old from Buffalo, New York.  Shemika Charles, who was born in Trinidad, set the record on the Regis and Kelly show September 23, 2010. The Limbo dance is the unofficial dance of Trinidad, so it seems fit a Trinidadian would break the record.
