With the winter that won't let go of it's icy cold grip, Mainers are not only paying more to heat their homes this winter, the cost of running their vehicles is going up and in a big way. According to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com, gas prices in Maine were up 5 cents a gallon this past week, for an average of $3.55 a gallon.
