Governor Paul LePage vetoed the bill 'Taylor's Law' last week, however the State Senate voted 23-11 against the governor's veto. 'Taylor's Law', LD 737, the bill looked at barring intermediate licenses from carrying passengers except under certain circumstances. The bill would also provide decals that could be placed on vehicles of intermediate drivers.
