In the compliant against Portland police Sgt. Benjamin Noyes Jr., the ACLU, claim that the arrest of the couple was 'illegal and unconstitutional' and that the officer violated their First Amendment and Fourth Amendment rights.

After several weeks of dropping, gas prices in Maine went up this past week. According to the price-monitoring website gasbuddy.com, Maine gas price were up by 2 cents per gallon to $3.51 a gallon.
