Franklin Country residents are planning a demonstration this Wednesday, April 10 to get their jail back. The residents want the jail to return to full operational status, instead of the 72-hour holding facility the state has turned it into, as part of the state's consolidation of the county jail system.

Today is Ayla Reynolds' third birthday and still no answers about what has happened to the little girl. According to the state police the case is to be open and active, but there are no new developments. Ayla was reported missing from her home in Waterville December 17 of 2011.
