March 29, 2013 You might have seen the World's Strongest Man competitions on ESPN. They pull buses, flip tires, and do so many amazing feats of strength. You'll get a chance to see some local athletes show how strong they are this Saturday at the Augusta State Armory. It's the 6th annual Central Maine Strongman.

March 28, 2013 Well, just watched the Travel Channels “Truck Stop Paradise” and yes they did visit Dysart’s just of I-95 in Bangor, Maine. Overall, not bad, they did not go out of their way to make Mainers look like hicks. (So many travel shows do that for some reason) And the food looked great..BUT, I do have a bone to pick with the Travel Channel.

March 25, 2013 Now that the NCAA Basketball Tournament is in full swing, men are taking the opportunity to get a vasectomy at the same time. At the Cleveland clinic they have noticed a sharp rise in the amount of vasectomies they are performing now that the tournament is underway. According to Dr. Steven Jones there has be a 50% increase with him doing one every 15 minutes.
