Siberian Man Runs Marathon in -36 Degree Weather

It was 36 degrees below zero and Boris Fyodorov from the Siberian village of Oymyakon, was hoping it was going to be colder. He decided the below zero temperature was the perfect time to run a marathon. The village Boris lives in is generally considered the coldest permanently inhabited village in the world.
