I realize that not everyone is a pro wrestling fan, but for those fans out there, today is a big day. Because the date, 3/16, echoes the trademarked catchphrase of WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin, "Austin 3:16 says I just kicked your a**!"
And we're celebrating Austin 3:16 day with a look back when Stone Cold confronted the evil Mr. McMahon on national television right here in Maine
The show was the Dec. 8, 1997 edition of WWE (then known as WWF) Raw and it was broadcast live from the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland.
