Chris Young will be performing the national anthem at the Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama during Aaron's Dream Weekend, which takes place May 3 through May 5. So that's right around the corner.

Young will offer up his version of 'The Star Spangled Banner' on Saturday, May 4, prior to Aaron's 312 NASCAR Nationwide Series race, which starts at 2PM CT on ESPN.

But Young won't be showing up, singing the patriotic song, watching some racing and then bolting. Instead, he will stick around and perform a free Infield Concert that night, held near the historic Talladega Boulevard. So fans that love racing and the 'Tomorrow' singer are in for a double treat next weekend. It doesn't get much better than that.

About Young's selection as the national anthem singer and performer, Talladega Superspeedway Chairman Grant Lynch said, "We’re excited to have Chris sing prior to the start of the Aaron’s 312, and can’t wait for his concert on Saturday night."

Young will spend his summer vacation touring with Brad Paisley on the Beat This Summer Tour. Never a dull moment for Chris Young.
