It's been a while since I  have done a 'Cooking for Guys' segment. I thought with summer here and with my mend a body diet going on, I'd share a very easy and quick 'Cooking for Guys'.

This time I am making cole slaw and hot dogs. This can be done in under ten minutes and it's healthy.

Buy a cole slaw mix, I use a sweet onion, you can also chop in some green, red, yellow peppers and cucumbers. I use a low fat mayonnaise (I do love low fat miracle whip). The secret ingredient to my cole slaw is adding some sweet onion salad dressing or low fat ranch dressing.

Then I grill up a few Hebrew National low fat hot dogs, no rolls, with some mustard and ketchup.

That's it, an easy, healthy a quick meal perfect for summer. Plus, there will be plenty of cole slaw leftover for a few more meals.
