Cooking For Guys: ‘Breakfast Pockets’
It’s been a while since my last cooking for guys, frankly because I think I cooked everything that I knew how to make! Then as I was getting ready to make breakfast this morning, it hit me, try making a breakfast pocket! Here’s what I used.
- Egg Substitute
- turkey kielbasa
- ‘canned’ biscuits
Take a frying pan and spray it with the cooking spray, saute the turkey kielbasa and onions, then add the egg and egg beaters. I take the yolk out while cooking the egg. Once the eggs are cooked, open a can of the canned biscuits (larger biscuits work better for this) fill each biscuit with some of the egg mix, add cheese, and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
That’s it! Breakfast pockets. Make them they way you like them with ham, sausage, bacon and enjoy. It’s something a little different than the same old eggs and toast.
