This is exciting, the first ever video edition of 'Cooking For Guys'. I have been on the Mend A Body Solutions program for just over three weeks and have lost 10 pounds! I've had to learn to work in healthier recipes and I gave this a shot!It's a deconstructed stuffed cabbage.

Here's what you'll need:

Ground Turkey
Chicken Sausage
Diced tomatoes

I boiled some cabbage and cut into strips.

In a frying pan, cook the ground turkey, chicken sausage and onions. Then add the cabbage and diced tomatoes. If you aren't on a diet, I would add some boil-in-bag rice and cheese to add more body and texture to it.

It's quick and easy, all on the stove top and it wasn't that bad! Enjoy the video and give it a try!
