Country News: Brantley Gilbert and Wife Welcome New Baby Boy

Brantley Gilbert and wife Amber welcomed a baby boy on Saturday (Nov. 11). People reports he weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz. and was 20 inches long. They named their new addition Barrett Hardy-Clay Gilbert. Barrett was due November 17 but came a little early.

Reba McEntire is ushering in the 2017 holiday season in two ways: by releasing her Christmas album, My Kind of Christmas, and by hosting this year's annual CMA Country Christmas TV special. Reba originally did the Christmas album for exclusive sales at Cracker Barrel and according to theboot.com after the debut her record label wanted to release it to the general public. My Kind of Christmas also features a version of "Silent Night" with Kelly Clarkson and Trisha Yearwood. The three originally sang the song together for Clarkson's 2013 Christmas special.

Keith Urban’s newest song is called ‘Female’ which he performed at the CMA Awards show. Theboot.com says the rumors are true and Urban has confirmed the female doing background vocals is his wife Nicole Kidman. Kidman did not attend the CMA’s as she was in China at the time.
