Country News: Brett Young Taking Flack For National Anthem

Brett Young is getting ‘fried’ on social media for his performance of the The Star Spangled Banner during the 2018 NHL All Star game. People were not pleased for his down-tempo, slow downed version of the National Anthem. Young didn’t forget the words and his pitch was great but the pace was too slow. Theboot.com says one Twitter user said Young was clearly getting paid by the hour.

Chris Stapleton’s All American Road Show will be back in 2018. After winning three Grammy Awards, Stapleton revealed Monday his plans for the tour. According to theboot.com Marty Stuart and Brent Cobb will hit the road with him. The tour starts June 16 and will run through November 3.

Country legend Merle Haggard’s tour bus is for sale. If you have several thousand dollars the bus will be auctioned off in Texas on February 10. According to theboot.com The bus comes with the Texas plate that says HAGGARD. It’s a 2008 Super Chief model but no word on were the bidding will begin.
