Country News: Carrie Underwood Broke Her Wrist

Carrie Underwood is on the injured reserve list and will out of action for a while. Underwood took a hard fall on the steps outside her Nashville home and broke her wrist. The Tennessean reports that she was treated at a nearby hospital. She did have to stay overnight but has since been released. She did miss the Country Raising benefit concert on Sunday night and her recovery will take some time.

Miranda Lambert and Anderson East have made it clear, they are not happy that Garth Brooks lip-synced his performance during the CMA’s this year. Brooks’ admitted  his performance of Ask Me How I Know was not live. East and Lambert made it clear they didn’t agree with the decision. On theboot.com Morgan Evans, Kelsea Ballerini’s fiancé is happy to support one of country music’s most famous women. Evans says he lovingly supports Ballerini and doesn’t mind being behind the scene. There is no word yet on an official wedding date for Ballerini and Evans. However, the couple got engaged last Christmas, and they hint that they'll be married by the end of the year.
