Darius Rucker will appear on an upcoming episode of the T.V. show Undercover Boss. Rucker, in full disguise will be in Austin, Texas looking for the cities next great musical acts. The episode is expected to air on May 12 as part of a celebrity focused episode. According to CBS, Chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson will also appear in another episode.

Sara Evans spit from here record company about a year ago so she has now launched her own label called ‘Born to Fly Records.’ The name comes from evens number one song released in 2000. Evens is preparing her eighth studio album which, according to theboot.com, will be released through her new record company.

A new study claims that the country music genre is home to more drug references than any other. Addictions.com found that of all music genres, country songs were most likely to bring up recreational use of drugs. On theboot.com, the study’s findings, out of the eight studied genres — country, jazz, pop, electronic, rock, folk, rap and other — country songs contain the highest average occurrence  of drug references. The drug most frequently mentioned in country songs is marijuana.
