Country News: Jon Pardi Will Headline CMT on Tour

Jon Pardi, singer of Head Over Boots and Dirt on My Boots will headline the annual CMT on tour later this year. The tour will be titled the ‘Lucky Tonight Tour’ and dates are still to be announced. According to tasteofcountry.com Midland and Runaway June will go along for the ride.

Gretchen Wilson (Redneck Woman) is ready to release new music and hit the road on tour. It’s been three years since Wilson has done anything but she will release a 12 cut album called Ready to Get Rowdy. On tasteofcountry.com she says the new project will make you believe good ol’ country music hasn’t gone anywhere.

Forbes magazine has put out there annual list of celebrities that have a whole lot of money and seven country artists are list. Garth Brooks is the highest earned at #26 with $60 million. Kenny Chesney at #53 raked in $42.5 million. Kuke Bryan and Dolly Parton are right behind at #55 and #71 respectively.
