Country News: Luke Bryan on the Short List to Judge American Idol Reboot

According to hollywoodreporter.com Luke Bryan is under consideration to be a judge on the reboot of American Idol. Bryan is on the short list to join Katy Perry, the only judge that has been confirmed for the show so far. Audition for the show are to begin in Florida on August 17. Lionel Richie is the front-runner for a judge.

Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley, also known as The Pistol Annies, will release a new album in 2018.  They scored a number one album with ‘Hell on Heels’ in 2011. In 2013 the released ‘Annie Up’ but that same year they cancelled all of their tour dates. According to tasteofcontry.com the trio reunited at Miranda Lambert concert to perform two songs together.

Recently she was on Good Morning American to announce her new album ‘Unapologetically’ with a release date November 3^rd. Her decision to leave Snapchat comes just weeks after she announced that she was taking a break from Twitter due to the uncivil tone of some users.
