Country News: Troy Gentry’s Wife Suing Over Helicopter Crash

Troy Gentry's wife Angie has filed a lawsuit over the helicopter crash that led to the death of her husband. She is suing the manufacture of the copter claiming they failed to make the aircraft 'crashworthy.' By not doing that it didn't give occupants a chance to survive a crash. According to theboot.com the lawsuit claims the helicopters handbook didn't offer a guide for how to deal with mechanical issues.

William Shatner has signed a country record deal and has plans to release a 'very special project.' On theboot.com this is Shatners first try at country but he is no stranger to cutting albums. This will be Shatners 8th album.

Brett Eldredge is a jazz music lover and has entertained the idea of someday making a jazz album. His latest single The Long Way has become his seventh top country hit and according to tasteofcountry.com he doesn't want to limit himself to the music that made him famous. Eldredge says some of his influences are Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles.
