He noticed an elderly woman holding a sign that said ‘Elvis was my last concert.’ Elvis died 40 years ago so it had been some time she was at a concert so Brooks made sure to introduce himself to his longtime fan. He walked off stage and approached the women in the stands and told her he would be happy to play any song she would like to hear.
