Today is day 2 of my next phase of Mend-A-Body Solutions.  This phase offers quick weight loss results with yummy food options.  With these healthy food options and my Mend-A-Body Solutions supplements, I feel awesome!

I have definitely "stepped outside my comfort zone" with what I usually eat.   I'm a very picky eater, especially when it comes to vegetables.  When I was given my food item list on what I can eat and can't eat, I was immediately scared that there wasn't anything that I liked.  Mend-A-Body Solutions coached me and helped me prepare these foods in a tasty way.  As a mom, with 6 kids, I have a very busy schedule.  I'm pleasantly surprised how easy food preparation is with Mend-A-Body Solutions.

My new favorite vegetable is radishes.  I can't believe I'm even saying that.  Yes, I love radishes.  Mend-A-Body Solutions convinced me to swap these out instead of using potatoes in recipes.  Huh?  What?  Yup!  Ditch the taters and add radishes.  I promise you won't notice a difference.  I made skinny home fries last night and they were AMAZING!  When you cook a radish, it loses the spicy flavor and turns into a warm comfort food similar to potatoes.
