Dempsey Challenge

The annual Dempsey Challenge is coming up in Lewiston/Auburn on October 13th and 14th at Simard-Payne Park in Lewiston. The benefit event for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing at C.M.M.C. was founded by Lewiston native, actor Patrick Dempsey.

There will be a 5  and 10 kilometer walk and run on October 13th and on October 14th, there's cycling rides ranging from 10 to 100 miles. The free, week long festival in the park includes a health and wellness expo, a vendor fair, kid zone and live entertainment.
