Destination Maine: Winter Harbor Lobster Festival

The 50th annual Winter Harbor Lobster Festival is happening on Saturday, August 9th. It looks like a chamber of commerce weather weekend for the annual event. Here's what is going on.

The registration for the 13th George Schaeffer Road Race begin at 7 a.m.
A pancake breakfast at the Winter Harbor Masonic Hall from 6-10 a.m.
The craft fair begins at 9 a.m.
Lobster is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m
Lobster Boat Races begin at 10 a.m.
The parade on Main Street  starts at 5:30 p.m.
A Contra Dance at Hammond Hall starts at 7 p.m.
Fireworks at dusk, followed by a street dance!
