Do You Have Any Christmas Shopping Left To Do?

It's two days until Christmas and this is the first year that I haven't finished my Christmas shopping yet. I have a reason, even though it's totally my fault. On December 9th, I was at Hannaford and I wrote a check for my groceries and I saw that it was the last check in my book. I got home to discover that was the last check I had!

So, I went to the bank and they ordered checks for me. They told me it would be 7 to 10 business days. As of yesterday, still no checks! I didn't want to use my credit cards for Christmas shopping so I waited and waited.

I did go to the bank and they gave me some counter checks. If I don't get the checks in the mail today, I'll have to use those.

That's my reason for not doing my Christmas shopping yet.
