Do You Know Which Flu Shot To Get?

As Maren Morris says..."If I had a dollar for" every time someone has reminded me to get a flu shot...I'd be rich... or something like that.  Its true though. Yes, itis that time of year. Yes, I should go get a flu shot. Yes, I will try to get to it tomorrow. Maybe Ill make an appointment with my PCP, maybe I will just swing into a pharmacy with the big sign telling me to get my flu shot now!

Simple right? Until you realize that there are two different types of shots and both are different in the coverage they offer.  One is the trivalent vaccine, and the other, the quadrivalent vaccine. Do you know which to get and why or why not?
