Dog Sled Rides At Viles Arboretum In Augusta

When you think dog sledding, you probably think of Alaska or maybe Aroostook County. However, you and your family can experience dog sledding right here in Augusta on Sunday, January 27th at the Viles Arboretum on Hospital Street in Augusta.

With the heart of winter upon us, an afternoon of dog sledding with the family, might help with any cabin fever you might have. In case a week in Florida isn't going to happen!

Viles Arboretum will be teaming up with Heywood Kennel Sled Dog Adventures to offer you a chance to experience and learn about dog sledding and to be guided on a ride of your own through Arboretum Fields and forests.The event is Sunday, January 27th from noon until 3 p.m. So mush it up!
